This language pack is not a standalone pack, the language files are unique to Perfex CRM and requires the Perfex CRM application to be installed.
The language pack is a simple Language Translation of the complete Perfex CRM in Afrikaans
INCLUSION:
After downloading the files you simply add it’s respective folder within your Perfex CRM directory
You then go to Setup->Settings->Localization and select the Afrikaans language
